How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be created, prepared, and shipped. Weekends and federal holidays are not business days. Carrier delivery time begins after processing.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $7.99 for retail orders under $50. Standard U.S. shipping is free on retail orders of $50 or more. We currently ship within the United States only. Bulk and wholesale shipping is quoted separately.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear after the shipping label is created.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or ships.

Do you accept returns?

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. All sales are final; we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer selection errors. If an item arrives damaged, has a material production defect, or is not the item ordered, we review claims for a replacement or store credit. What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Email punchlineprinting@gmail.com within five (5) business days after delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, clear photos showing the damage or other problem, and clear photos of the original packaging and shipping box or mailer. Keep the product and packaging until the claim is reviewed. Approved claims receive a replacement or store credit, not a refund except where required by law. Read our full policy.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. Contact us with the product, quantity, desired date, and customization details so we can prepare a quote.
